About Female-Only Martial Arts
James Freer's Tae Kwon-do Academy is offering you a new female-only tae kwon-do class from 3rd Augustat the Loughborough Leisure Centre. The classes are suitable for everyone, whether you want to pursue a competitive career, gain invaluable self-defence skills, or just socialise and get fitter
The sessions will be led by Sheryl Freer – a very experienced coach with a 5th Dan in Tae Kwon-do who is also a 3-time World Champion and the current British and Welsh Champion!
Come along and give it a go!
