About Green Bank Leisure Centre
At Green Bank Leisure Centre, there's something for everyone, including a 25-metre swimming pool, a gym, group fitness studio, group cycling studio, a 16-station climbing wall, a six-court sports hall, meeting rooms, as well as a café.
Whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional, free weights – or a combination of all four – the 100-station, newly refurbished gym features all the equipment you need for an effective workout. Alternatively, the group fitness studio offers a packed timetable designed to suit everyone, from high energy sessions such as Les Mills BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT to more relaxed classes like Yoga and Pilates. You're sure to find something to suit you! There's also a dedicated group cycling studio, with plenty of classes each week so it can fit around your schedule.
In the 25m, five-lane pool you can enjoy a wide range of aquatic activities including Everyone Active's award-winning swimming lessons, family fun sessions, lane swimming and loads more.
If you prefer to stay on dry land, the large six-court sports hall plays host to a variety of sports and activities, including badminton, basketball, volleyball and netball, with plenty of others to choose from as well. Additionally, the impressive indoor climbing centre at Green Bank Leisure Centre offers something for everyone, from novice to experienced climber, and is a fantastic whole-body workout too!
