About Kat Pilates
Hi, I'm Kat.
I'm a qualified mat Pilates instructor specialising in teaching beginners and I want to prove to you that exercise can be fun.
I'm based in Luton, Bedfordshire in the UK and when I'm not exercising you can usually find me sipping on a glass of wine.
