About Yoga with Lucy
Everyone can benefit from yoga's therapeutic and holistic approach to good health and well-being.
I aim to create a friendly informal atmosphere in which we can explore breathwork, meditation and asana (postures); moving into postures through freedom not force. I encourage each individual to reach their full potential while adapting postures and practices to suit differing needs.
With a background in Primary teaching, I've expanded my expertise to include teaching yoga to children and teenagers and look forward to sharing the benefits of yoga to individuals of all ages!
