VAL Practical Bid Writing

Who is this session aimed at?
This sessions is designed for anyone with responsibility for pulling together funding bids and applications for VCSE organisations. The session would be particularly useful for those new to writing funding bids and those looking to further develop their skills.

- Understand how to identify funding criteria, aims and objectives
- Explain how project ideas can be presented to meet funder aims and objectives
- Assess what make a 'good' funding application
- Discuss how funding bids can be improved to make them more effective
