Snowsport 'Have a Go' Day

On Friday 30th August, we will be hosting a Snowsport 'Have a Go' Day at the Tamworth Snowdome where participants can come and try skiing or snowboarding (or both). No previous experience needed.

The day will be splint between two groups:

Group 1: 10.30am to 12pm

Group 2: 2-3.30pm

The event is open to blind and partially sighted people aged 6 and above and will be delivered by experienced instructors from Disability Snowsport UK.

Each participant will have the opportunity to be coached and supported on the slopes when trying skiing or snowboarding (or both).

If you or someone you know would like to take part, please complete the following expression of interest form below by Monday 22nd July at 12pm.

Following the expression of interest, BBS will contact all individuals where you will be invited to secure you place and make payment. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you would like to make a day of it, Tamworth Snowdome also has an ice rink, a snow fun park, climbing centre and a swimming pool with flumes. Any additional activities you want to do will be subject to booking with the facility separately and is no part of BBS's organised activity.
