Overview of the project/delivery

Will the project provide a physical activity offer that will benefit the physical and mental health of at least one of the following priority groups – women, girls or individuals that identify as female? 

Please set out  how this investment will enable the activity offer for women and girls to continue beyond the immediacy of this short-term investment? 

Please set out how this project will create accessible opportunities for all women and girls regardless of protected characteristics.

Examples include: consultation with participants prior to session and adapting sessions to the needs of all participants, understanding the barriers of your community, free taster sessions, accessible information, appropriate marketing and communication, sharing your offer with local organisations working with disabled people, creative programmes to challenge inequalities, linked to / using the resources of one or more of the seven National Disability Sports Organisations (NDSOs).
