About Healthy Heart Grant - England
The Heart Research UK Healthy Heart Grant is available for projects that work with adults and that actively promote heart health or reduce the risk of heart disease through primary or secondary prevention. Your project must have a primary focus on one or more of the following four risk factors for heart disease:
- Nutrition and Healthy Eating
- Physical Activity
- Smoking
- Alcohol
Key Criteria
- Only small, registered charities with an annual income of less than £1 million may apply
- Projects must run for a minimum of three months and no longer than 12 months.
- The Healthy Heart Grants are available for new projects, we do not fund ongoing community projects unless they are being delivered to a new group.
- Only Two Healthy Heart Grants up to the value of £15,000 each will be awarded in England.
