An aerial class using silks professionally rigged to ceiling for a safe, yet challenging experience. A potential relief for lower back tension.
This class takes place every four weeks.
Tricks and moves are taught in this class, at a level commensurate to attendees' skills and abilities and within a beginner to intermediate/advanced range.
Drop-in bookings and membership passes can be used to book this class, apart from the Poker pass.
