Come and join us for a gentle seated yoga class, suitable for all abilities. We'll practice gentle movement, connect with our breath and take time to relax in a supportive and friendly environment.
Benefits include improved flexibility, co-ordination and strength, boosted mood and reduced stress.
All you need to bring is yourself wearing something comfortable and non-restrictive. Free. Non need to book, just drop-in.
