Activity Information
A fun dance fitness class in a darkened room with glowsticks (optional ) and awesome TUNES!!
Suitable for all ages and abilities. (an adult class with sensible teens welcome). Please let me know at the start of class if you have any issues I should know about to adapt the exercises. It is a medium impact class with flexibility in the moves to make it high or low impact.
Optional 10 minutes toning at the end - bring a mat if you want to join in!
A limited number of LED glowsticks are available to borrow or you can buy a set at £4 These are not essential to the class but are a lot of fun!
CURRENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Transfer to another date is OK up to 12.30pm on the day of the class.

We are located in the Main Hall of North Oxfordshire Academy North Oxfordshire Academy, Drayton Road, Banbury, OX16 0UD . This is on the left as you drive into North Oxfordshire Academy and you will see the fire door open with our flashing lights !! The What3Words location to enter the hall is ///mint.chin.lion. There is parking in the car park.
