Equipment class using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair. Work smarter with this specially designed class, helping you work through rehabilitation safely and effectively. The exercises re-introduce strength and flexibility to damaged or weak muscles. Each class builds on the Pilates fundamentals and your body will gain improved posture, stability and flexibility. Regain your strength and your body confidence while enjoying a fun class. Also safe for people with hip replacements or knee replacements.
