Activity Information
Hooping is a really fun way to exercise.
Learn to master basic hooping, progressing through skills and routines.
Strengthening your core, toning muscles and providing an aerobic workout through fun movements in a friendly and supportive class atmosphere.
Each 1hr class will start with a warm-up, take you through a main exercise section, with cool-down & stretch to finish. Every session covers different skills so that you get to experience a whole variety of movements, build up your ability, and get lots of practice.
Hoops are provided.
Parking is on the road outside the village hall. Please enter the hall to find our class (note: a previous class will just be finishing).
