Activity Information
Walking is a simple, free way to develop and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Along with physical benefits such as reducing your risk of diabetes and high blood pressure, walking can also improve your mental health and reduce stress. Walking with others is a great way to meet new people and keep motivated.
Led by friendly volunteer walk leaders, these weekly health walks will take place on a variety of routes along the paths and parks of central Loughborough. There will be 2 groups, both walking around 3 miles or for around 1 hour 15 minutes. Public toilets available in Queen's Park.
Turn up and take part. Registration will take place prior to the walk, please arrive in good time to support the walk leaders to do this safely.
