Activity Information
A weekly 'Love to move' session of exercise tailored to suit the Parkinson's groups abilities, partially to music, a great laugh and open to all.
The class is tailored for all abilities and everyone has a fun time in class but also feels that they are getting the benefits of exercise as well.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
Enjoy a cuppa and chat with other like-minded individuals after the session.
Usually weekly every Monday, except the last Monday of the month when there is a social group meeting in the morning at the Roman Catholic Church in Lutterworth 10am until 12noon
Let reception know you are there for the Parkinson's group and they will direct you.
