Motivate Mondays is all about functional fun fitness. Designed to improve your strength and stamina outdoors while burning fat.
Small achievable team challenges help keep everyone focused and engaged. Small bursts of exercise and laughter is the perfect recipe for a healthy dose of positivity.
Every Monday. Meet on the lawn at Ulverscroft Manor. 1pm to 2pm. Session is free and is suitable for all ages.t
