Taking part in this activity will help you develop, social connections as well as physical skills such as fitness and coordination.
Who's it for?
This session is aimed at people with complex disabilities aged from 11+ years of age. Carers, family and friends are welcome to attend.

This session is delivered by Grace from Active Charnwood and Joe from Loughborough college – two local organisations with a longstanding reputation of delivering inclusive activities.
