Saving Souls, an all-inclusive sporting hub which focuses on the improvement of well-being and the prevention of mental health issues within the community.
Using sports and workshops, we aim to ensure that our programmes are inclusive and accessible to individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities, reflecting the diversity of our community.
Our self-defence classes for women will give women the opportunity to learn self-defence for free as well as the understanding of situational awareness, accessing your surroundings, dealing with past trauma all mixed in with a fun, supportive team culture and providing the participants with the tools and guidance they need to succeed.
Our programme will provide women with hands-on training in self-defence techniques, as well as information on how to avoid dangerous situations and how to escape if they are attacked. The training will be conducted by certified self-defence instructors and will be tailored to the specific needs of women.
In addition to providing women with the skills and knowledge needed to protect themselves, our programme will also promote self-confidence and self-esteem
