Activity Information

NB - The minimum age to attend for all our sessions is 16. This Beginners Programme starts on Monday 22nd April 2024. When booking, please sign up to all sessions in the programme. If you are brand new to running we suggest you join within the first 3 weeks of the course. Our Beginners Programme is suitable for women starting running for the first time as well as those returning after a long break. Over the course of the 10 week programme, we will gradually build up the time we spend running. In week 1, the longest chunk of solid running you will do is 60 seconds and by the end of the programme, you’ll run for 30 minutes without stopping! From that point, you’ll be in a great position to join our Steady Run. To find out more about who the Beginners Programme is suitable for visit our website - https://www.letsrungirls.com/start-running. We meet outside Cottenham Village Hall on Mondays at 6.30pm.
