Activity Information
A 50-minute Yoga Nidra class.
Suitable for all levels of experience, male & female, age 18+.
You will need to bring a mat to lie down on and a lightweight blanket.
Each class consists of the actual practice of YN, and educational snippets to enhance your knowledge and therefore your practice.
As you lie on the floor, the script will take you through the stages of YN into deep relaxation before gently bringing you back out and into the present moment again.
A friendly welcoming atmosphere where you can feel safe to relax totally.
The benefits of YN are vast, and regular practice will improve both your mental and physical health & fitness.
Free parking available at the Scout Hut. Please note this class takes place upstairs and there is no lift.
