Our Starter Class is designed for those who enjoy the basic movements of yoga and are ready for a weekly practice in a supportive and friendly environment. This class is perfect for getting to know our studio and becoming comfortable with our unique approach to yoga.
In the Starter Class, we guide you through foundational poses with a focus on feeling the poses in your body and finding the shape that is most comfortable for you. While the pace is gentle, you'll still enjoy a well-rounded practice that helps you start moving your body more and build your confidence on the mat.
