Referee Development Officer

Leicestershire & Rutland County FA (LRCFA) is inviting applications for the position of Referee Development Officer. The role will focus on recruiting and converting new referees by leading the delivery of referee courses and providing post-course support. Additionally, the role will involve overseeing the appointment of match officials for County Cup competitions and other assignments, such as Leicester City Football Club academy games. This position will report to our Referee Development Lead, allowing them to focus more on retaining and progressing match officials throughout the referee pathway.
