Jemma from Hinckley & Bosworth
Jemma's journey with physical activity started after the birth of her daughter, and decided that if she were to have more children, then she'd be active throughout the pregnancy.
Fast forward a few years and Jemma stuck to her word, as she remained active during her pregnancy with her new-born twins! During the early stages, Jemma would wake up at 5:15am every day to do a 30-minute workout, as well as attending fitness workouts on Sundays.
As the due date became closer, Jemma's physical activity sessions became less and less intense, but she still wanted to remain active to help her feel calm and relaxed.
Jemma enjoyed a successful and healthy pregnancy, and believes it was down to the fact she regularly exercised (with moderation), and now she wants to empower other mums and help inspire them to stay active.
