Everyone Active - Sport Champions Scheme returns for 2023

The Sporting Champions scheme from Everyone Active gives talented athletes the opportunity to make use of training support and mentoring sessions to further their burgeoning careers.

The programme has been designed to assist this country's next generation of superstar athletes in making the most of their natural talents.

As an Everyone Active Sporting Champion, you'll benefit from access to FREE training facilities at any of our 200-plus sports centres located all over the country, as well as to mentoring days throughout the year. These days are hosted by performance experts, including sporting superstars such as Colin Jackson CBE, Lauren Steadman MBE and Lutalo Muhammad, distributing their wisdom and knowledge, as well as encouraging the sharing of ideas between you, the athletes.

From regional competitors to Olympians and Paralympians, Everyone Active supports athletes of all ages at all levels. As a minimum, the applicant must:

• Be a nationally ranked athlete
• Be a member of a regional squad with regional results in the previous two years or have represented at regional level in the previous two years
• Athlete has finished in the top eight at regionals or equivalent competition in the previous two years
