Continuing Professional Development for Sport Industry Professionals - DMU

De Montfort University has two different opportunities for individuals working in the sport industry to advance their career:

Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in Sport Management

Postgraduate Certificate in Cricket Management

For Sport Management, DMU offers four modules which can be taken over one or two years to achieve a Postgraduate Certificate (two modules) or Postgraduate Diploma (four modules). Modules available are:

• International Sport: Events, Governance, and Ethics
• Marketing Principles in Sport and Cultural Event Contexts
• Sport Heritage
• Events Leadership

All modules are taught on DMU's campus in the Leicester city centre. There is still time to apply and start in September or February.

The Cricket Management Postgraduate Certificate is a fully online course that runs from September through May with two modules:

• History, Diversity, and Ethics in Cricket
• Cricket Development

Both courses are run from De Montfort University's world-renowned International Centre for Sports History and Culture, one of the partners for the FIFA Master.

Individuals who do not have an undergraduate degree but have relevant experience are still eligible to apply to both courses.
