Whatever stage you are at during your pregnancy or post natal journey, we hope that we are able to help you make informed choices about what, how and when you can be active.

Buggy Walks across Leicestershire in April

Our buggy walks are a valuable support network for mums to network and get some time outside with their baby and as part of a group. Our groups are FREE to join and are pushchair friendly.

Led by a mixture of staff and volunteers, you will be made extremely welcome by all!

In the case of inclement weather, a decision will be made on the day about the walk, however someone will always be at the advertised start point to go for a cuppa, so you can still get out of the house.

Moving Mums on the Park with Jasmine

A taster of Jasmine's outdoor class which includes: walking & power walking to build up fitness & get in those all important steps!
Gentle cardio to improve our fitness levels after birth
Resistance band & strength work with lots of options 💪🏻

About MOVE classes - These are are great opportunity to test out a mum and baby class without the commitment. We do more structured exercise but, most of all have fun. Babies are welcome, if they need attention, picking up, feeding, cry, it is not a problem. We want you to be in a relaxed atmosphere where you can get some movement in between the babies schedule.

If you have not had your 6 week check (recommended for 9 weeks post c-section) or you have any pregnancy complications unfortunately it is not suitable for you. But if you are unsure at all please just ask us 😊 ask here

Maternal Mental Health Week

Around 1 in 5 women experience a perinatal mental health problem during pregnancy or within the early postnatal years.

Join us this month in recognition of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, with this year's theme of Rediscovering You.

You will notice lots of activity on our social media accounts, in addition we have pulled together a programme of FREE activities for you to get involved with including our Buggy Walks, Move Events and Leisure Centre sessions, all across the County.

Brand new session this month

in Melton

We are so pleased to tell you about a new parent and baby session starting at Waterfield leisure centre.

Starting on the 5th of April.

📆 Friday's
⏰ 11:30-12:30pm
📍 Waterfield leisure centre Melton.

First class is free, £6.30 thereafter.
Booking via website, app or ask for more info at reception.

Sessions are relaxed, social and available to everyone regardless of your fitness level.
No need to worry about your baby crying, our instructors will be on hand to help.
