Kurling
New Age Kurling is a form of the original curling game, but adapted so that it can be played indoors on any smooth, flat surface, such as a sports hall, rather than on ice.
An Overview of Kurling
The aim is to finish the game with your stones closest to the centre of a circular target zone, called the house.
Benefits
Kurling is an exercise for both body and mind, requiring concentration alongside physical stamina.
